Exchanges Only: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Eligibility for Exchange: Items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same article, subject to availability. If the desired size  is not available, a credit note will be issued for future.

Final Decision: House of Sadagi reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy criteria. All exchange decisions made by our team are final.
